We show appreciation for our employees by regularly updating their compensation to match their growth. Weekly 1:1’s provide space for direct, actionable, and constructive feedback. We highlight achievement, innovation, and creativity across our Slack channels by tagging the employee, their work, and the staff-wide channels. A weekly All Hands meeting allows ample opportunity for similar call outs, both by managers and employees.
