As a young company, we don't have formal programs in place. We recently hired a Head of People to help with this but in the year we've been in existence, we have authentically and natively built connections around DEI. We have been intentional about hiring people who represent all genders, ages, races and all walks of life. We employ several associates who identify as non-binary. For Black History Month, our founder hosted an intimate, honest company-wide conversation with three of our black colleagues to talk about their experiences in the workplace, tech, and start-up. Our belief is #beyourself and ROCK IT!
For Women's history month, we created a womxn of bttn club and asked each woman to share a story of a woman who inspires them and open discussions regarding women's needs.
One of hiring strategies is hiring women in leadership. We are proud to say we have an equal amount of women in key leadership roles as we do males.
We are continuing to build upon our onboarding and company assimilation. Our Mission, Vision, Values and Leadership Table Stakes are key principles on how we treat each other and those we serve.
We are building the next generation of healthcare distribution. Ten years from now, medical practitioners will wonder why no one has ever done this before. We are marrying the efficiencies of technology with fulfillment capabilities. We are growing fast, there are numerous opportunities to build a company you can be proud of. You can help medical practitioners save time and money. Our solution helps medical practitioners avoid the mind-numbing banality of ordering and chasing supplies and this time can be spent with patients or taking a moment to regroup so they are better practitioners, parents, and community members. An unique opportunity like this is contagious. A place where you can feel you are making a difference leveraging your enterpunel spirit.
Bringing much-needed transparency to the healthcare industry. Once the cost of supplies is out in the open, what will be next? Will patients be able to price out ACL repairs? What about knowing the cost of a procedure BEFORE it takes place?
