Hwy Haul recognizes the sacrifices made by parents by providing certain benefits for them. When an associate has a new baby, they are mailed a baby basket with essentials needed for the newborn. Also new mothers are allocated up to 2 months of partially paid maternity leave and all new parents are allocated 2 weeks of parental leave. All associates are required to complete the Dignity in the Workplace training, which educates on culture differences, bias in the workplace and best practices for inclusive communication.
