How do you show employees you appreciate them?

Outside of the traditional monetary components (ex., salaries, bonuses), we offer a breadth of benefits to help support our team. These include monthly stipends for wellness and phones, subscription LinkedIn Learning, free lunch every Friday (wherever they are), every other Friday off during the summer, and unlimited PTO. As things have started  to recover from the pandemic, we have also begun investing in in-person offsites to help the team build authentic relationships.

How are you creating a workplace of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging?

Our goal is to create an equitable workplace where people can be their authentic selves. It starts from when we post the job, and continues through ensuring the work environment is supportive of all team members. A few examples of how we do this include reviewing all job descriptions to ensure the words used limit bias, ensuring gender equality on the team. Our board and advisors are also all female.

We are a group of individuals who are committed to the same mission, and share core values.  Our customers love our product (5 stars on G2 and we have only had one account churn) and it is clear we are solving a clear pain point given the adoption we have had over the past two years.
