Merge is a Unified API to integrate SaaS apps with all CRM, HR, payroll, recruiting, ticketing, and accounting platforms. Developers integrate once with the Merge API to offer a full category of integrations to their customers. Merge handles the full integrations lifecycle - from an easy initial build, to hand-held end-user onboarding, to fully managed maintenance of all of those integrations.

How do you show employees you appreciate them?

We like to be spontaneous. Whether it is a birthday surprise or poetry jam session or an impromptu happy hour, Merge takes time to celebrate together. We do weekly shoutouts to team members that go above and beyond in their roles. And we review compensation twice a year to ensure that our money is where our mouth is.

How are you creating a workplace of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging?

Merge was founded with diversity and inclusion in mind. Our team is female-led and has women, people of color, and LGBTQ members on the executive team. We lead by example, and this helps us continue to recruit and retain a diverse team.
