We have Shout Outs we present during our bi-weekly company All Hands meeting. We also include milestone achievements. This and the next quarter we will introduce a Rewards & Recognition program and we are including training managers on what the 5 Appreciation Languages are.
We have increased our Leave policies to allow non exempt employees more time to take care of them, their families, and friends. We are always improving benefits, we now offer free medical insurance and will continue to add more coverage. We are introducing a quarterly performance review cycle with a new employee evaluation form. This will be used to better communicate between managers and employees. All people managers were trained on Management Basics and are now part of the onboarding process. We have orientation at the start of an employee's employment that delivers resources and tools, as well as an understanding of all things NuBrakes and the support they have. We are looking at expanding our jobs into local organizations such as Dress for Success and Texas Veterans Commission. We partner with Workforce Solutions on expanding job opportunities with employment services for those who need assistance with finding employment. We give equity to all employees, from the most entry level to the most senior. We are finalizing compensation benchmarking and creating a salary structure to make sure we are paying our employees above average wages, an annual process to ensure we are taking care of our employees.
