OfferFit replaces A/B testing with self-learning AI that automatically makes unique, optimized decisions for each of your customers along multiple dimensions (such as channel, message, incentive, timing, and frequency). Companies using OfferFit have seen campaign performance lift of at least 20%, and in some cases as much as 300%.

How do you show employees you appreciate them?

  • On a weekly basis, our team gathers virtually at our Monday All-Hands where we recognize progress, give updates, and celebrate the Model-Bandit-of-the-Week (our equivalent to employee of the week)! We also host Music-Break Wednesdays, Thursday team activities (town halls, virtual escape the rooms, etc.), Friday team hangouts, and more.
  • Employee lunch stipends ($50 per week), remote work stipends, end-of-the-year bonuses, sustainability/mental health days (that don’t count towards PTO), peer-to-peer recognition (cash prizes), birthday, work anniversary, and life event recognitions (cash rewards or gifts) are also provided.
  • Monthly team barometers, bi-annual employee satisfaction surveys, monthly town halls, and bi-weekly coffee chats  are held to ensure our team is heard, understood, and appreciated.
  • Being fully remote doesn’t mean we sacrifice team bonding! OfferFit holds quarterly in-person gatherings which include plenary sessions, adventurous activities (retroboating, river cruising, escape the rooms, etc.), 1:1s, working sessions, team meals, and outings.
