Osano’s culture is rooted in building trust through everyday moments 𑁋 in other words, we act on our principles on a daily basis. In addition to putting ourselves in diverse spaces to tell the story of our culture to candidates, we also collaborate with a variety of job boards, talent communities, and external agencies who specialize in diverse talent. We use virtual monthly events, special interest groups, and an annual in-person retreat to get to know each other personally. Outside of our direct team, we also volunteer at and partner financially with nonprofits that bring STEM education and jobs to underserved communities.
