People appreciation is not just confined to annual reviews, but we have a culture of transparency and celebrating each other's accomplishments. Everyone in the team has milestones, and whenever these are achieved we celebrate this by sending over some swag, or a book or champagne to their houses. We also have a company-wide appreciation channel to give our team a shoutout in the real-time - be it for a fix by engineering or any AE going out of her way to help the customer or a member helping someone else in the team. This is a Slack channel that is always buzzing with small anecdotes and has lots of engagement. In addition to this, we take our employees' well-being very seriously. For this, we recently introduced a second Friday off every month so that our team can detox and spend some time with their families over a long weekend. Also, we have weekly OKRs in which we mention the highlight, and lowlights, and exchange what each team has been doing - it has definitely helped our teams to develop empathy for each other.
Now that we are growing our team, we are actively looking to hire diverse talent. This is one of the key initiatives that we are undertaking this year.
1. Our mission to change the way work happens with enterprise applications
2. Our amazing team - everyone is smart, kind, ambitious, and a hard worker. Fun fact - 50% of our GTM team includes former customers. Meet us here.
3. Our customers love us. We get at least one love letter every month. Check this post.
4. We are backed by the best investors including Sequoia, Insight, GV, and Lightspeed
5. We are a remote-first company and conduct an offsite to bring everyone together every quarter.
6. We have super cool swag. Hint - check out our mascot Sir-Ding-a-Lot and our cool socks on LinkedIn
