How do you show employees you appreciate them?

We implement core value-driven recognition and bonus initiatives in addition to our competitive compensation rates, and we take the time to understand how each team member’s personal goals are embedded within the success of the company as a whole. We also make use of Bonusly via an integrated Slack channel, provide recognition through monthly all hands meetings and virtual happy hours.
