It depends on how the employee likes to receive their recognition. Some methods we use are: Shout Outs, putting employees initiatives in the spotlight during our All Hands meetings with the entire company, LinkedIn and 1:1 recognition and feedback review. Celebrate work anniversaries by sending them plants to symbol their growth.
We hold all our managers and employees accountable for conducting safe and respectful dialog. We have policies to support inclusion in our workplace for all employees to review. We added DEI criteria to our recruiting process and are currently brainstorming additional initiatives.
We have the most amazing people in this company who create a supportive environment for employees to develop and be their best selves. We have lots of growth opportunities and manage to grow our leaders from within. We set our people up for success by providing them with the tools, resources and support they need, such as mentorships, workshops, and courses. We care about our employee's future planning and health, and provide them with a very generous benefits package. We offer our employees the ability to work from home. That said, we also believe that there's no replacement for meeting in person so we make sure to get together every 12 weeks for an offsite to overcome the remote challenge.
