How do you show employees you appreciate them?

At RightRev, we exhibit employee appreciation by frequently hosting company outings to celebrate our accomplishments and spend time getting to know our co-workers outside of the work place. We prioritize ensuring everyone feels as if they are making an impact on the business and are contributing to RightRev’s success. Each month, we recognize individual birthdays, work anniversaries, and outstanding work contributions. We believe that the success of the company significantly relies on the satisfaction of our employees and we do everything we can to help create a culture of continuous learning and advancement.

How are you creating a workplace of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging?

Our teams are spread across the globe. Despite time zone differences and distance, we ensure all of our dedicated employees feel part of the larger team. We place importance on sharing cultural traditions with teams in other locations so there is a sense of belonging and embracing of differences.
