SINAI has built a culture of collaboration where people from diverse backgrounds and demographics have come together to drive forward our mission to decarbonize the world’s heaviest emitters. While each employee brings a unique skillset to the table, everyone shares a common passion to help save the planet from climate change. This has allowed us to attract top talent in a challenging hiring environment, and enjoy low employee churn. There are few jobs out there that have the potential to have as much impact on the environment as building and scaling a solution that will help the heaviest emitters reduce their carbon footprint.
