As a startup, cultural fit and personal dedication to our core mission is the key to our success. Employees have excellent work life balance working from home or in the office. Weekly, we have departmental "kudos", Monthly s- we produce a pulse survey, engineering team shares "ultimate warrior t-shirt" award, All hands is in-office half-day for dept leads to celebrate OKR achievements and openly discuss failures followed by team events including dinners, social activities, events and concerts. Quarterly we employee reviews to discuss their role and path to promotion. Annually we host a company off-site to detail budget, planning, product strategy and goals accompanied by a Holiday party.

While we do not have a dedicated HR team member focused on workplace diversity and inclusion, it is well detailed in our hand book and is a commitment in the skill sets we will hire for in the next 24 months as a part of responsibilities of a full-time workplace team member.
